These are some of the most adorable painted rocks I have ever seen! My daughter loves painting rocks and participating in our local hide and seek rock challenge. Usually we just paint our favorite colors, maybe adding some glitter or polka dots, but these have me inspired.

Who knew you could make so many amazing things from a rock?

    These rocks are so cute. May I paint these rocks? The reason i,m asking is someone got mad and I was taken off of Facebook and a couple of rock sites because a friend gave me a cute picture so I painted it not knowing there was a copy right on it. Nothing was written on the picture. I do search pinterest and on line for ideas . Can you tell me how do I know if there is a copy right on a picture? I love painting rocks I paint them for the dialysis patients and they are so appreciative.

      The rocks can be picked up from the garden centre or builders yards. You may fall on some nice ones at the beach but you just need to look. good luck.

      Paints can be normal Acrylic paints which dry shiney and are weather proof but you can use the normal school paints covered with school glue to protect them and make them shine. {Paint and glue can be brought from The Works}

    Hi. If anyone still has the ad for the space ship
    flier, would you mind sharing it with me. I was looking to share it, with myself, and learned that the triangle on it’s side is not the button
    to push if you want to share. What a fun toy for a Christmas gathering of all ages!

    Those are all fab! However, it’s not a good idea to use glitter on rocks, as they will come off and get into nature (plastic!l). Our local Happy Stones group always warns about this.
    Kind regards,
    Andrea

    If you want them to last outside topcoat with an acrylic protective finish. I use Minwax Polycrylic.

      Either find some rocks at the garden center or outside. Regular small paint bottles of acrylic at a craft store, top with a sealer like Mod Podge or the spray sealer at Walmart or the craft store
