Peanut Butter Cookie Lasagna is a Reese’s lovers dream! This easy dessert has layers and layers of yummy peanut butter and chocolate.
If you don’t like peanut butter or Reese’s candy then abort mission right now. Go ahead and just leave this page because this dessert is alllllllllll about the PB.
(Don’t worry, we have other great desserts with other ingredients like Lemon and Strawberry.)
It’s delicious and totally easy to make — this is what I call a win-win.
Peanut Butter Cookie Lasagna
We are not only using miniature Reese’s cups, but also Nutter Butter cookies, peanut butter chips, cool whip and squeeze peanut butter.
To make this yummy treat, the first layer you’ll want to make is the Nutter Butter crust. This is simply cookie crumbs + butter pushed into a baking dish and cooked for 10 minutes.
Side note: Crushing cookies in a food processor is TOO MUCH FUN.
You can of course, just crush them by hand in a bag with a hammer – I mean, a spoon or something.
After your crust comes out of the oven and is totally cooled down you can make your layers.
Lasagna Layers
Layer 1 – Cookie crust. (You already know this… we just talked about it.)
Layer 2 – Whipped Cream (half of the container).
Layer 3 – The squeeze peanut butter, Reese’s, PB chips and cookies.
Then repeat.
The recipe here is for 2 layers but you can make as many as you’d like. This dessert is obviously very rich and two layers seemed like plenty. But hey, maybe your sweet tooth is bigger than mine.
Other Options
You’ll realize when you go to the store for Reese’s minis that there is quite a bit of variety. You could use any of them like the new Thin Reese’s, Reese’s Pieces or even full size bites. Your choice.
Some other options would be M&M’s, chocolate sprinkles or Butterfingers.

Peanut Butter Cookie Lasagna
Ingredients
- 1 8 oz pkg Cool Whip
- 1 pkg Nutter Butter Cookies
- 1 pkg Peanut Butter chips
- 1 pkg Reese's Minis
- 1 container Squeezable Peanut Butter topping
- 2 tbsp butter melted
Instructions
Cookie Crust
- Crush 10 Nutter Butter cookies (in a food processor or by hand)
- Add melted butter to crushed cookies, stir
- Press into an 8x8 glass baking dish
- Bake on 350 for 10 minutes
- Let cool
Layers
- Spread half of the Cool Whip on top of the cookie crust
- Sprinkle your peanut butter chips, mini Reese's, pieces of Nutter Butters and squeezable peanut butter.
- Repeat this layer one time.
