Today I made Brady a fun little treasure hunt activity for the down town we have while Paityn sleeps.  It’s a combination of a lot of the sensory bins I see on Pinterest and he really liked it.

Easy Treasure Hunt in A Box

His eyes lit up when I asked him if he wanted to go on a treasure hunt  The ingredients were simply a bag of rice along with other odds and ends I picked up at the craft store.  Oh, and a few quarters.  Ours included a few dinosaur and car buttons, googley eyes and some plastic diamond looking things that were from something like Target or Pier 1.

In the end, he had a bowl of treasure and let me tell you, he was so proud. He has been showing it off to anyone he can. 🙂
