How To Make A No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake

Making this dessert is a breeze. The wait of letting is chill in the fridge is the hardest part.

Start by making the crust:

Put the graham crackers to a food processor and pulse into fine crumbs. (Or crush them in a large zip lock bag using rolling pin.)

In a bowl, mix together the crumbs with melted butter.

Press the crumb mixture into your springform pan in an even layer. Place the crust in the fridge to chill for about 20 minutes.

Start the cheesecake filling while the crust chills.

Whip together cream cheese, whipped cream, and sugar in a large mixing bowl.

Make the strawberry jello following the directions on the box.

Let the jello cool and then stir it into the cheesecake mixture.

Pour that luscious filling over the crust and let it chill in the fridge for two hours.
